My.newschool.edu is your New School portal where you can access:

  • Email
  • Canvas, the university’s learning management system
  • Course information, room assignments, rosters and grade input
  • Course evaluations (EvaluationKit)
  • IT services and support
  • Library resources and services
  • Personal information
  • Starfish (online system for mandatory student attendance taking) 
  • MyDay (online system for personnel and payroll information)
  • and more

There is also a MyNewSchool app you can download for your mobile device via the App Store or Google Play Store. If you had the previous mobile app installed, be sure to remove the app from your device before downloading the new version.

Undergraduate

To apply to any of our Bachelor's programs (Except the Bachelor's Program for Adult Transfer Students) complete and submit the Common App online.

Graduates and Adult Learners

To apply to any of our Master's, Doctural, Professional Studies Diploma, Graduates Certificate, or Associate's programs, or to apply to the Bachelor's Program for Adult and Transfer Students, complete and submit the New School Online Application.
