One Stop Student Service Center
The One Stop Student Service Center helps to make the administrative part of going to college easier for students and their guardians. It serves as a single point of contact for the Office of Financial Aid, the Registrar’s Office, and the Student Accounts Office, ensuring that students receive accurate and timely information without needing to visit multiple offices.
Please refer students to us for help with questions about:
- Their bill/invoice
- How to make payment
- A hold on their account
- Their scholarships
- Their loans
- Transcript requests
- Enrollment verification
- Problems with course registration
- How to find a New School resource
Students may seek assistance from the One Stop team in four ways:
- Engage with the Digital Assistant, available 24/7 on any device. The Digital Assistant integrates with students’ academic and financial records in Banner. And, students may ask the digital assistant questions in English, Spanish, Chinese, and Vietnamese.
- Learn more on how to effectively use our digital assistant by watching this quick video. The digital assistant pops up on the lower right side of most pages on the university’s website.
- Visit the One Stop team in person at 72 Fifth Avenue, 2nd Floor
- Beginning of Fall 2024 extended hours. Monday, August 19 – Monday, September 9: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- After September 9, Fall 2024 hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; Tuesdays: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
