One Stop Student Service Center

The One Stop Student Service Center helps students with questions about billing, financial aid, and registration. It serves as a single point of contact for the Office of Financial Aid, the Registrar’s Office, and the Student Accounts Office, ensuring that students receive accurate and timely information without needing to visit multiple offices. 

Students may seek assistance from the One Stop team in four ways:

1. Engage with the Digital Assistant, available 24/7 on any device. The Digital Assistant integrates with students’ academic and financial records in Banner. And, students may ask the digital assistant questions in English, Spanish, Chinese, and Vietnamese.

2. Visit the One Stop team in person at 72 Fifth Avenue, 2nd Floor

  • Summer Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 – 5:00, through Friday, August 18
  • Fall/Spring Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m, starting Monday, August 21

Graduates and Adult Learners
